On-Point Catalyst's management team are seasoned professionals, who have extensive experience in financial services direct response marketing, call center management and insurance underwriting. On-Point Catalyst leverages its cross-industry experience to develop persevering lead generation relationships designed to satisfy the need of the lead generator and insurance distributor.

On-Point Catalyst was formed as an outgrowth of years of collaborative lead generation and management programs co-sponsored by On-Point Catalyst’s management team.

Elizabeth M. Beagle

Elizabeth Beagle is a partner with On-Point Catalyst. She is responsible for developing lead management programs, implementation and general operations. Beth has more than 25 years of experience in the development and management of support systems designed to improve the profitability and administration of insurance contracts, including 12 years of call center management.

Ms. Beagle held several senior positions including Senior Vice President of Operations at Answer Financial, responsible for a multi-carrier agency with a proprietary 350 seat Call Center. Beth has also served as Senior Vice president at Aurora National Life Assurance Company, as well as, Senior Vice President at Executive Life Insurance. Ms. Beagle has also held several risk mitigation positions at Prudential Insurance Company of America.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton, Ohio, and a master’s in business administration magna cum laude from California Lutheran University. In 1992, she earned a chartered life underwriter designation from The American College. Ms. Beagle is a member of the American Management Association and a fellow of the Life Management Institute. She maintains insurance licenses in most states.
 

Steven J. Kroll

Steve Kroll is responsible for Sales and Marketing at On-Point Catalyst. Prior to joining OPC, Steve was chief marketing office at Answer Financial for eight years in which he was responsible for online and off-line marketing for the largest US based P&C agency. Steve has more than 25 years of experience as an executive in the financial services industry including six as president of his own consulting firm, The Kroll Group, Inc., which specializes in retail financial products and payment systems. Its client base included Fortune 500 companies, management consulting firms and advertising agencies.

He has held various positions in financial services companies including: vice president of Charles Schwab, where he was responsible for developing and marketing a mutual fund line; vice president of Citibank Insurance Services Division and Bank of America’s credit card group. Prior to that he was an executive at Dean Witter Reynolds where he developed and managed investor services.

Mr. Kroll has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a master’s degree in business administration from Fordham University.
